2. Next we discuss materials, finishes, fittings and any appliances. All of these are driven by the customer budget and requirements, in order to give an indicative price.

3. Next we arrange a life drawing of the proposed outcome

4. Next we deliver sample examples, including any unique colour shades or shine finishes. ( We have over a dozen shades of white for example, and they aren’t definitive). Included here are examples of handles etc..

5. Once the customer has decided on all the components and we have delivered an agreed price, we define the full process from manufacture to installation with a schedule to fit with our customers’ busy lives.

6. As part of the build process, each customer is invited to see their furniture as it is being completed in a mock up in the workshops. All furniture is constructed to emulate the look in the customer’s house.

7. Installation is as effective as possible avoiding disruption and with the minimum of mess.

8. The end result is a satisfied customer who has enjoyed and been part of the process.
